We understand how essential file management is in the construction industry, which is why we made optimizing Batieu Drive a top priority. Our goal was to introduce small improvements that make a big difference in your daily workflow. Here\u2019s what\u2019s new:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bulk download of files and folders<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Working on a large project and need to export multiple files quickly? No problem! Now, you can simply select the necessary documents or folders from the list and choose the Download .zip<\/strong> option. Plans, photos, and other data will be neatly compressed into a single .zip file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drag & drop file upload<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You already know how to download multiple files quickly, but we\u2019ve also made uploading just as simple. Now, users can easily add documents to Batieu Drive using the drag & drop method<\/strong>. Just drag files from your computer and drop them directly into the drive. It\u2019s fast, intuitive, and saves you time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Folder and project associations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You have full control over how many folders and projects you create. To help you stay organized and work more efficiently, we\u2019ve introduced folder associations in our construction app. Now, when browsing your folders, you\u2019ll see the names of the projects they are connected to, making file management clearer and more streamlined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quick access to file information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Your files hold no secrets from you\u2014key details are now just a click away in the side panel. Simply select a file to view its essential information and effortlessly switch between files for seamless experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grid or list view<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We want to give you more flexibility in organizing your panel to fit your workflow. Do you prefer a structured list view or a more visual grid layout? The choice is yours! Now, you can switch between display options and work in the way that suits you best.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Editing requests with estimates<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Need to update the description, deadline, or other details of an order that has already received an estimation? Now it’s possible – this update gives you full control over your requests. To ensure that all interested companies stay informed, administrators should notify them of any changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Budget visibility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Budget details should always be clear and accessible, with intuitive visibility settings. That\u2019s why we\u2019ve improved how budget options are displayed. WIth these changes, you can now adjust visibility preferences faster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
